Todd Genke was a pitcher for the UW-Whitewater baseball team from 1990-93. A two-time honorable mention All-Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference selection, Genke helped lead the Warhawks to three appearances in the NCAA Division III Tournament (1990, 1991, 1993). He was named all-region, all-conference and the recipient of the team's Outstanding Pitcher and Warhawk Awards in 1993 after finishing 5-3 with a 2.57 earned run average and leading UW-Whitewater in innings pitched (63), complete games (9) and shutouts (2). On April 7 of that season, Genke tossed the second no-hitter in school history, totaling 10 strikeouts in seven innings of a 9-0 win over Carroll. He is the program's all-time leader in career complete games (19) and ranks among the team's top 10 in innings pitched, strikeouts, shutouts, walks allowed per nine innings and hits allowed per nine innings. Genke was drafted by the Philadelphia Phillies in 1993, and played for the Colorado Rockies, Sonoma County Crushers and Schaumburg Flyers during his 10-year professional career.
