Sullivan graduated from UW-W in December of 1988.  Conradt-Sullivan earned four letters in volleyball and four letters in track and field.  As a volleyball player, Conradt-Sullivan was a co-captain in 1987-88, WWIAC Athlete of the Week in 1986 and 1988, WWIAC Scholar Athlete in 1988; all-conference 1986, 1987, and 1988, all-region in 1986 and 1987; second team academic all-district in 1987, and Russell Athletic first Team All-American in 1988. Conradt-Sullivan's 189 career aces is sixth all-time in school history, and her 92 aces in 1987 is third best.  Conradt-Sullivan was an important part of the 51-7 team that advanced to the NCAA III regional finals in 1987, and the 57-4 team that finished fourth in the nation in 1988, marking Whitewater's first appearance in the NCAA III final four. In track and field, Sullivan established team season bests in both the indoor and outdoor triple jump in 1985, 1986, and 1987 and the high jump in 1986, 1987, and 1988. Conradt-Sullivan was a co-captain in 1987 and '88, Most Valuable Player in 1988, Top Jumper in 1987, All-Conference in 1988, WWIAC Scholar Athlete in 1988, Field Event Athlete of the Week in 1988, and All American (1600m Relay) in 1988.  Conradt-Sullivan's indoor high jump of 5-5 is tied for second in the school record books, while her outdoor mark of 5-4 is tied for third. Sullivan is a resident of Mosinee, Wisconsin and is currently a Elementary Physical Education Specialist for the Wausau School District.
