Larry Davis is a 1958 graduate of East High School in Madison, Wisconsin.  During his high school years, Davis received seven letter in football and wrestling.  While at East High School, he was selected to the all-city and all-conference football team, placed twice in the State Wrestling Tournament. Davis graduated from UW-Whitewater in 1963.  As a tackle in football he lettered four years.  He was awarded with selection to the all-conference team three years.   During his junior and senior years, he was selected as an all-conference tackle, both offensively and defensively.  He was selected to be team captain and was named Most Valuable Player during his senior season.  Following his senior year he signed a profession contract with the Los Angeles Rams.  Davis was a member of three championship teams while at Whitewater: 1959, 1960, 1962.  Davis taught school for five years and coached wrestling and football.  He was the head football coach at Monroe High School in Monroe, Wisconsin when he left teaching in 1968.  For the past 14 years, Davis has worked for the NCR Corporation in Madison, Wisconsin.  He is currently the District Manager of Financial Systems Sales in the Madison Area.  Davis and his wife, Sandra, have four children, Cheryl, Mark, Leslie, and Rebecca.
