Athletics Hall of Fame
Mike Hetzel, a 1966 graduate, was a four-time letterwinner in baseball. He was a member of the 1965 Wisconsin State University Conference championship team that played in the NAIA World Series. A two-time all-WSUC selection, Hetzel earned NAIA honorable mention all-American honors and was the second leading hitter at the NAIA World Series with a .450 batting average while earning second team all-tournament honors. Hetzel is currently an account executive with Advo, Incorporated in Milwaukee and is active in church and youth sports organizations.
