Lehman graduated from UW-W in 1989. Lehman was a four-year letter winner in basketball. In 1986-87, Lehman averaged 13.4 points per game and 5.6 rebounds, earning her honorable mention all-conference honors. In Lehman's senior year, she led the team with 18.2 points and 7.4 rebounds. Lehman earned her second straight Wisconsin Women's Intercollegiate Athletic Conference all-conference honors, was named to the Great Lakes All-Regional Team, and was an American Women's Sports Foundation All-American. Lehman was also a WWIAC Player of the Week during her junior and senior years.  Lehman let UW-W to three Association for Intercollegiate Athletics for Women III postseason tournament appearances (1984, '85, '86). Lehman is a resident of Kaukauna, Wisconsin and the Associate Principal of Green Bay Southwest High School.
