Tabitha Fendrick was a seven-time All-American and 2002 CoSIDA Academic All-American for the UW-Whitewater women's track and field team from 1999-2002. One of the most decorated throwers in program history, Fendrick won the national championship in the discus throw in 1999 and finished as national runner-up in the event in 2000 and 2001. The Marinette native claimed eight conference titles in throwing events and two WIAC Women's Field Athlete of the Week honors, and was a nine-time All-WIAC honoree and two-time WIAC Field Performer of the Meet. In 2012, Fendrick was selected to the WIAC Centennial Women's Track and Field All-Time Team. She also enjoyed a strong career away from the track at UW-Whitewater, earning the WIAC Women's Outdoor Track and Field Judy Kruckman Scholar-Athlete award in 2002 and four listings on the annual WIAC Scholastic Honor Roll. She graduated with a bachelor's in social work.
