Donald Moe earned NAIA All-American honors in wrestling after finishing fourth in the 1974 tournament.  Moe, who received his bachelor's degree in 1974 and his master's in 1978, never finished lower than fourth place in the WSUC championship and qualified for the NAIA tournament three times.  During the 1973-74 season he served as one of the Warhawk's co-captains, was named the team's Most Valuable Wrestler and earned NAIA all-District 14 and All-American honors.  He finished his career with a 69-32-3 record.  Moe is a teacher and coach at Burlington High School where his wrestling teams have won seven conference titles and two WIAA Regional Championships.  After serving as a district representative in the Wisconsin State Wrestling Coaches Association from 1984-1990, he is currently the president-elect and will serve as the president of the WSWCA from 1993 to 1995.  In his thirteen years at Burlington High he has coached two WIAA state champions, thirteen state placewinners, twenty-nine conference champions and has been named the Racine county Wrestling Coach of the Year four times.
