Noah Guillermo (Muskego, Wis./Marquette University HS) of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater men's tennis team is featured in the latest edition of Getting To Know The Warhawks Presented by UW Credit Union.
Guillermo enters the spring season with a 13-8 singles record and a 26-13 doubles mark.
In 2019-20, Guillermo finished 6-3 in singles and 13-4 in doubles. He reached the Round of 32 in doubles and the Round of 64 in singles at the 2019 Intercollegiate Tennis Association Midwest Regional. During the spring season, Guillermo teamed with Ryan Mtichell at No. 3 doubles for an 8-7 (1) victory to help UW-Whitewater edge nationally-ranked Carleton (Minn.).
Guillermo wrapped up the season with ITA Scholar-Athlete status and New Jersey Athletic Conference All-Academic honorable mention.
As a freshman in 2018-19, Guillermo tallied a 7-5 singles record and a 13-9 mark in doubles. He was a part of key doubles wins in duals against nationally-ranked Bates (Maine) and Carleton, and against California-Santa Cruz. Guillermo earned ITA Scholar-Athlete honors following his rookie campaign.
A two-year member of the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Scholastic Honor Roll, Guillermo is majoring in accounting.
