Breontae Hunt (Milwaukee, Wis./Bay View) of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater men's basketball team is featured in the latest edition of Getting To Know The Warhawks Presented by UW Credit Union.
 
In 2019-20, Hunt joined the Warhawks in late January and made an immediate impact, averaging 11.2 points and 6.3 rebounds in 26.9 minutes per game over nine games. He registered a season-high 17 points to go along with 10 rebounds for a double-double in UW-Whitewater's 65-63 upset win at UW-La Crosse.
 
Hunt added another double-double with 14 points and 10 rebounds to go along with three assists against UW-Stevens Point, and collected 14 points, eight rebounds and two steals against WIAC champion UW-Platteville.
 
Hunt is majoring in liberal studies.
