The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater men's tennis team was featured by
Theo Billson (Lindfield, England/BHASVIC) and Head Coach
Frank Barnes on the 2025 All-WIAC Men's Tennis Awards.
Theo Billson (Lindfield, England/BHASVIC) was named the WIAC Player of the Year. Billson is the second consecutive Warhawk to win the honor, following
Luke VanDonslear win 2024. Billson recorded a 10-7 dual record in singles competition and 12-5 mark in doubles action.Â
Frank Barnes earned his second consecutive WIAC Coach of the Year for the men's team. Barnes posted a 14-7 dual record this season and led the Warhawks to their seventh consecutive NCAA appearances.Â

Reuben Giorgio (Perth, Western Australia/Applecross) were also given First Team All-Conference in the WIAC West Division . The pair went 21-6 on the season, including winning the ITA Regional Tournament in the Fall portion of the season.Â
Giorgio was also recognized as an individual earning First Team All-Conference nod for singles. Giorgio competed at No. 1 and No. 2 singles for the Warhawks, finishing with a 6-6 record. Giorgio was also named to the WIAC All-Sportsmanship Team.Â
Joining Giorgio and Billson on the singles list,
Tyler Nelson (Waunakee, Wis./Waunakee) rounded out the Warhawks First-Team Selections. Nelson amassed a 10-4 record in dual matches this season.
The Warhawks will take on Luther College in the Regional round of the NCAA Division III Team Tournament. UWW is hosting the game, with the match set to start at 2 PM at the Warhawk Tennis Courts. For more information on this week's regional, visitÂ
