The No. 18 University of Wisconsin-Whitewater bowling team posted a 2-1 record on the final day of the Columbia 300 Saints Invitational to finish third in the three-day, 19-team tournament.
 
Competing in best-of-seven Baker bracket play, the Warhawks were defeated in four games against No. 3 Nebraska to start the day. The team recovered with victories over No. 2 Sam Houston State in four games and Nebraska in a rematch in five games.
 
UW-Whitewater heads to the Prairie View Invitational next weekend in Arlington, Texas.
