The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater men's tennis team continued singles and doubles play Saturday on the second day of the Intercollegiate Tennis Association Midwest Regional at Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minn.
 
Senior Zach Wood (Downers Grove, Ill./South) and sophomore Alex Gray (Edwardsville, Ill./Edwardsville) led the Warhawks by reaching the semifinals of the doubles draw. The No. 4 seeded doubles team, Wood and Gray topped opponents from Carleton and Gustavus Adolphus to reach the semifinal, where they'll face No. 5 Cole Schneider and Nyathi Motlojoa of Luther (Iowa).
 
Senior Robert Rider (Annapolis, Md./South River) and freshman Danila Borovykh (Ryazan, Russia/Boca Prep International School (Fla.)) knocked off ninth-seeded Grinnell to reach the Round of 16, where they fell 8-5 against the draw's top-seeded pair from Gustavus Adolphus.
 
Gray, Borovykh and sophomore Ryan Mitchell (Frankfort, Ill./Lincoln-Way East) each found spots in the singles Round of 16, all falling against seeded opponents in those matches. Gray and Mitchell posted one win apiece against a seeded opponent.
 
Wood and Gray are scheduled to go on court for their semifinal match Sunday at 2 p.m.
