Men's Tennis WIAC All-Conference

Billson Earns Second-Consecutive Player of the Year; Five Total Honored on All-Conference

Five members of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater men's tennis team were recognized on the 2026 WIAC West All-Conference Teams. Theo Billson (Lindfield, England/BHASVIC) led the way, earning his second consecutive WIAC West Division Player of the Year award.

Billson was recognized on both the singles & doubles lists. Billson went 23-5 in single matches this year and was a perfect 4-0 in conference matches, winning all four in straight sets. Billson highlighted the Warhawks with a semifinal appearance in the ITA Midwest Regional. 

Billson was also selected to represent the Warhawks in the NCAA Individual National Championship. Read More… 

Charles Morgan (Naperville, Ill./Central) & Andrew Dumbauld (Maple Grove, Minn./Maple Grove) were also both recognized on the WIAC West All-Conference Singles team.  Dumbauld went 2-1 in regular-season conference matches, competing at the Warhawks No. 3 singles position. 

Morgan was 2-1 as well in the regular season WIAC matches at the Warhawks No. 2 singles position. The sophomore was also recognized on the All-Sportsmanship team as the Warhawks' representative. 

On the doubles list, Billson & Carter Michaels (Inver Grove Heights, Minn./Eagan) were recognized as a duo, competing at the Warhawks No. 1 doubles position. In conference matches, the pair were 3-0, only dropping four games over the three matches. 

Morgan & Gavin Kelleher (Brooklyn, Minn./Champlin Park) were the second Warhawk doubles team recognized, going 2-1 in conference matches as the Warhawks' No. 2 doubles pair. 

The Warhawks finished the regular season 12-9, with a 3-0 record in conference play, earning the WIAC West Division Title. The team fell in a close 2-4 match against The College of New Jersey in the WIAC Championship Match.
