The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater volleyball team recognized honorees of team awards from the 2022 campaign at the Senior Salute Banquet last weekend. The Warhawks have also released their schedule for 2023.

The Warhawks celebrated the 2022 campaign that featured a 27-7 record, unblemished league mark of 9-0 in Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference play, a WIAC regular season crown, a WIAC tournament title, the league's automatic bid into the NCAA tournament and a journey to the Sweet 16.

Following the announcements of awards and honors, UW-Whitewater announced its schedule for the 2023 campaign. The Warhawks' home-heavy slate features four invitationals hosted by UWW including the first of the season on September 1-2. The other three UW-Whitewater Invitationals are slated for September 15-16, September 29-30 and October 13-14.
UWW will also compete in a pair of road invites including the Coe Invitational September 8-9 and a triangular hosted by North Park University late in the season on October 27.
The Warhawks will open WIAC play September 20 against UW-Oshkosh. The final game of league play is scheduled for November 3 as the Falcons of UW-River Falls will visit Kris Russell Arena for Senior Night. UWW's other marquee annual event, Dig Panici Night is slated for Friday, October 20 at 7 pm against UW-Stout.
The WIAC Tournament is scheduled for November 7-11 with NCAA action to follow.
