Ten members of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater baseball team were honored for their performances this spring as the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference released its 2021 all-conference team.

Matt O'Sullivan (Sugar Grove, Ill./Kaneland) was named the WIAC Pitcher of the Year and is the third Warhawk to garner the award in the last four seasons.

O'Sullivan was joined on the first team by pitchers Donovan Brandl (Rudolph, Wis./Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln), Westin Muir (Highlands Ranch, Colo./St. Charles North (Ill.)) and Connor Spear (Highland, Ind./Mount Carmel (Ill.)) as well as infielders Nick Santoro (Naperville, Ill./Waubonsie Valley) and Sam Vomhof (DeForest, Wis./DeForest).

Honorable mention selections included infielders Brandl and Tucker Criswell (Tallahassee, Fla./Lawton Chiles), outfielders Jacob DeMeyer (Harshaw, Wis./Rhinelander) and Matt Korman (Waterford, Wis./Waterford Union), and Connor Moroder (Pewaukee, Wis./Pewaukee) as both a pitcher and utility player.

All 10 helped the Warhawks sweep the WIAC regular season and tournament championships and reach the NCAA Tournament, which begins Thursday in Whitewater. UW-W enters the regional tournament with a 37-5 record, including a 22-4 mark in conference regular season play.
