The No. 25 ranked University of Wisconsin-Whitewater golf team placed fifth over the weekend at the 16-team Illinois Wesleyan Fall Classic at Ironwood Golf Course in Normal, Ill.
The Warhawks finished the two-day tournament Sunday with a 311 to total 620 for the two days, only one shot behind fourth-place Rose-Hulman (Ind.).

CheyAnn Knudsen (Milton, Wis./Milton) broke her own school record with a two-day total of 147 (74-73) after tying the 18-hole school record Sunday with a one-over par 73. Senior
Sabrina Schreck (New Berlin, Wis./Divine Savior Holy Angels) tallied a career-best 74 to record a 152 (78-74) for the weekend, good for 11th place in the 93-player field.

Maddie McCue (Milton, Wis./Milton) rose six spots into a tie for 13th with a final-round 76 and a total of 154 (78-76). Junior
