Bill Stenavich (Brookfield/Central) won two events, and contributed to a first place relay, to lead UW-Whitewater to a 134-107 win at UW-Eau Claire Saturday.

Stenavich won the 100 freestyle in 48.90 and captured the 200 in 1:46.59. He also joined teammates
Landon Joiner (Hinsdale, IL /South),
John Devroy (Kenosha/Bradford), and
Marcus Genrich (Janesville/Parker) to win the 400 freestyle relay in 3:15.76.
Genrich added first place points in the 200 individual medley, 1:59.92, and Joiner touched first in the 50 freestyle in 22.89.
UW-W went 1-2 in the 100 butterfly, with Benjamin Winn (54.09, team season best time) touching out teammate Derek Schieble (55.44); and in the 100 backstroke, where
Joe Devroy (Kenosha/Kenosha Bradford) won (54.63) and
Jake Christensen (Brown Deer/Brown Deer) was second (55.70).
Ryan Stuart (Frankfort, Ill./Lincolnway East) contributed to the team total with second place finishes in two events, the 500 freestyle (4:55.67) and 1000 freestyle, with a team season best of 10:03.8.
Bill Thanholt (Germantown/Germantown) finished second in the 100 breaststroke with a time of 1:03.28.
UW-W will travel to La Crosse Saturday, February 4 for a 1:00 meet against the Eagles.
