The UW-Whitewater women's tennis team could not overcome the weather on Saturday to complete the Warhawk Invite that was slated to feature nine teams from the Midwest. Only a couple of the first round matches were completed outdoors before heavy rains forced everyone inside.
The rest of the invite, for the teams that chose to stay, was moved to Janesville Athletic Club, an indoor facility. With limited time and space many of the matches were forced to be cancelled. Ultimately there were team scores kept, however, UW-W did have several individuals complete a couple rounds of match play. The results are below:
