The Warhawk women's tennis team experienced its first loss of the season, falling 6-3 to host Wheaton College, but bounced back with a 9-0 win over Elmhurst College later Saturday.

Bayliss' win in the Wheaton match gives her the best singles record on the team, 6-0.  Kasten is 6-1 and Divelbiss 3-0.  Siemon is 4-2 against the best competition at number one singles.  Martin and Aguilar have combined for a team-best 5-0 mark in doubles.

UW-W is 3-1 this season.  The Warhawks will host a double dual Saturday, September 18, facing Lawrence University at 9:30 and UW-La Crosse at 12:30 on the Wangerin Courts south of Williams Center on campus.  There is no spectator charge.
