The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater finished out the two-day Warhawk Fall Invite wrapping up the singles draws from the day before.

The Warhawks had one champion, with Alex Repplier (Champlin, Minn./Champlin Park) winning the #3 singles draw bracket. Repplier moved into the championship match after a retire in the semifinal match. In the championship match, she rolled to a 6-2, 6-2 victory to win the draw.

On the consolation side of the bracket, three out of the five draws had a UW-W final.

At #2 singles draw, Molly Asfeld (Waukesha, Wis./West) faced off against Abby Weaver (Wakarusa, Ind./Mishawaka Marian)
At #4 singles draw, Ava Andrea faced off against Priyanka Bhogaraju (Barrington, Ill./Elgin Academy). 
At #5 singles draw: Megan Griswold (Oconomowoc, Wis./Oconomowoc) faced off against Ashley Adkisson (Licolnshire, Ill./Stevensen)

Asfeld, Bjogaraju, and Adkisson all took the consolation final championships in their respective draw.

The Warhawk tennis team is back in action this week with a triangular duals with Lawrence and Edgewood College on Wednesday, October 9th.
