The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater cross country program hosted its annual Tom Hoffman Invitational Saturday. The Warhawk men, ranked ninth nationally, won the meet while the women finished second.

UW-Whitewater swept the top three spots for the second consecutive meet this season.
Christian Patzka (Black Earth, Wis./Wisconsin Heights) was the first to cross the finish line recording a time of 24:46.3 followed by
Gunner Schlender (Brillion, Wis./Brillion) with a clocking of 24:52.5.
Justin Krause (Ixonia, Wis./Pewaukee) took bronze after posting a time of 26:21.8. Those three Warhawks finished in the same order last Saturday at the Ken Weidt Invitational.

Three more Warhawks finished in consecutive order.
Dan Anderson's (Eau Claire, Wis./McDonell) time of 27:05.5 was sixth followed by
Nick Hardin (Greenfield, Wis./Whitnall) with a time of 27:13.4 and clocking a time of 27:26.4 was
Chris Allen (Downers Grove, Ill./North) in seventh.

Will MacCudden (Slinger, Wis./Slinger) rounded out the top seven for UW-W with a time of 12:41.0 for 12
th. In all, 12 Warhawk men finished among the top 20 at the meet.

Ari De La Cerda (Milwaukee, Wis./Pewaukee) was the top finisher for the women registering a time of 23:52.1 for fifth. Just two-tenths of a second back was teammate
Paige Fassbender (Slinger, Wis./Slinger). Payton Scoggin was the next Warhawk to cross the line with a time of 25:03.6 for 13
th.
Katie Erb (Winnebago, Ill./Winnebago) posted a time of 25:31.3 for 15
th and two places back, at 25:42.3,
Carleen Snow (Rio, Wis./DeForest) cross the line.

Roxanne Temple (Ingleside, Ill./Grant Community) (26:02.0, 20
th),
Annika Burchell (DeKalb, Ill./DeKalb) (26:18.1, 23
