2021-22 ABCA Team Academic Excellence Release
 
The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater baseball team garnered the 2021-22 American Baseball Coaches Association Team Academic Excellence Award presented by Sports Attack for strong performance in the classroom.
 
Teams recognized with the award must have carried a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale during the 2020-21 year. 
 
UW-Whitewater claimed its fifth consecutive Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference title and made its 14th straight NCAA appearance advancing to a Super Regional in May. The 2021 Warhawks compiled a 36-11 record including a 25-3 mark in league play.
