The No. 22 ranked University of Wisconsin-Whitewater bowling team is sixth after the first day of competition at the University of Nebraska's Big Red Invitational at Hollywood Bowl in Lincoln, Neb.
 
The Warhawks tallied a total score of 4,980 in five Baker sets for an average of 199.2 per game.
 
UW-Whitewater topped No. 25 Central Missouri, Valparaiso and No. 9 Youngstown State while dropping matches against No. 3 Nebraska and No. 1 McKendree.
