The No. 33 Warhawks (9-9) dropped the seventh-place match to No. 30 Hope (Mich.) (9-5) by a 7-2 score.

The match started with singles instead of doubles.  Senior Gabi Kitchell (Wausau, Wis./D.C. Everest) continued her strong weekend by claiming the lone singles point in the first slot, 6-0, 6-3.

After dropping the remaining singles matches, Kitchell once again stepped up to earn an 8-3 doubles victory in the first slot playing with senior Julie Martin (Morton, Ill./Morton).  This would be the lone doubles point for the Warhawks for the match.

The Warhawks return to action April 19.  They will travel to St. Louis, Mo., at 4:30 p.m. to face No. 16 ranked Washington-St. Louis.
