The men's and women's swimming and diving teams were each topped by UW-Stevens Point on Saturday afternoon.
Â
The men were defeated 218.5-74.5 while the women were edged 167-137.
This meet comes just one week after the teams tapered for the SIU Invitational. Head coach
Elise Knoche had this to say after today's competition, "After a great midseason meet last weekend, we were back in the pool working hard this week. I loved the energy our teams brought to the pool deck today, and the way we got behind each other throughout the entire meet. Our divers had great performances on the boards, and it was great to see our swimmers battle in all of the close races we had today. Meets like these help set us up both physically and mentally for our peak performances at the end of our season."
