Men Place Fourth at Oshkosh Open

The Men's cross country team ran at Lake Breeze Golf Club Friday afternoon.  They placed fourth out of five teams in the Oshkosh Open.
 
Junior Noah Stamsta (Waunakee, Wis./Waunakee) led the Warhawk men with a tenth place finish and a course time of 28:25. Freshman teammate Brian Kuehl (Geneva, Ill./Geneva) followed up with a 28:32, good for 15th.  Sophomore Evan Seghers (Muskego, Wis./Muskego) followed closely behind with a 16th place finish and a 28:38 course time.  Sophomore Andrew Hirsch (Brookfield, Wis./Catholic Memorial) ran a course time of 29:44 for 24th place.
 
Sophomore Ethan Kern (Muskego, Wis./Muskego) continued the scoring for the Warhawks, clocking in at 30:07 with a 27th place finish.  Junior Braeden Michael (Chippewa Falls, Wis./Chippewa Falls) contributed a 30:29, good for 30th.  Sophomore Seth Zimdars (Ripon, Wis./Ripon) rounded out the scoring with a 31:19 course time and a 30th place finish.
 
The Warhawks will be back in action on the UW-Whitewater campus for the WIAC Championship next Saturday, October 28th, at noon
