Women's Bowling Jumps to Tenth After Day Two of LadyJack Classic

Houston, Tex. – The No. 7 University of Wisconsin-Whitewater women's bowling team jumps to tenth overall out of 17 teams through two days of competition at the Stormin LadyJack Classic.
 
The Warhawks improved on day two tallying a 3-3 record in six traditional team matches. UW-Whitewater's cumulative two day total is 11,327 and are 421 pins behind No. 8 Stephen F. Austin who is currently in ninth place with a total team score of 11, 748.
 
No. 10 North Carolina A&T State University is still leading the tournament with a total team score of 12,288.
 
Opening the day with a loss to Tulane University by a score of 1,008-1,102, the Warhawks bounced back with a victory over No. 3 Vanderbilt University by a score of 978-872.
 
UW-Whitewater then dropped a close match against Prairie View A&M 888-902. The Warhawks responded by defeating Southern University by a score of 933-725. No. 2 University of Nebraska-Lincoln defeated the Warhawks by a score of 930-999. In the final match of the day UW-Whitewater defeated No. 9 Fairleigh Dickinson University 1,010-978.
