The Warhawks bounced back from a disappointing day one, tallying a 4-1 record on the day in five traditional team matches. UW-Whitewater's cumulative two day total is 9,653, and are 236 pins behind the University of Nebraska who is currently in fifth with a total team score of 9,889
No. 4 Sam Houston State University currently leads the tournament with a team total of 10,227.
Opening the day with a victory over No. 10 University of Maryland Eastern Shore by a score of 1,045-971. The Warhawks then dropped a tough match against No. 8 Stephen F. Austin by a score of 1,069-1,090. In the match
Lindsay Rusch (Appleton, Wis./Kimberly) bowled a 277 which is tied for fourth best in school history.
UW-Whitewater then defeated No. 9 McKendree University who led the tournament after one day of competition by a score of 1,052-947.
Amanda VanDuyn (Kenosha, Wis./Kenosha Bradford) bowled a 276 in the match which is good for fifth best in school history. The Warhawks then took down Alabama State by a score of 903-782.
The Warhawks finished out the day by taking down the University of Nebraska by a score of 956-860.
