Poppe won the long jump with a leap of 17-7.75 (5.38m), and she went 35-10.75 (10.94m) to place first in the triple jump.  Poppe's long jump performance meets the NCAA III provisional qualifying standard, but she already has a better mark in the books this season.

Demos finished second in the 55 hurdles, and her time of 8.44, slicing tenths of a second off her previous mark of 8.52 set last year.  Demos also high jumped for UW-W, finishing second at 5-3.75 (1.62m), right behind teammate JoLyn Owen (Middleton/Middleton), the event winner at 5-5.75 (1.67m).  Owen's met the NCAA III provisional qualifying standard with her height.

Madeline Roznos (Reedsburg/Reedsburg) and Angela Behrendt (Appleton/Appleton East) went 1-3 in the 3000.  Rosnos' time of 10:44.31 is the best on the team this season, and Behrendt was timed in 10:49.73.  Megan Strandell (Oswego, IL/Oswego) ran the 800 in 2:24.18, finishing third and establishing a team season best time.  Jessa Luebke (Tomah/Tomah) went 55-2 (16.81m) in the weight throw, finishing third and meeting the NCAA III provisional qualifying standard in the process.

Next up on the schedule for the Warhawks, twenty-third in the ranking of NCAA III teams, is the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Indoor Championship hosted by UW-Stout in Menomonie Friday-Saturday, November 25-26.
