Aaron Dott (Green Lake/Green Lake) struck out thirteen of the thirty-two batters he faced in a 6-2 victory over Otterbein College on Wednesday in Port Charlotte, Florida. The Warhawks, in Florida on their spring trip, have played Otterbein three times this season and defeated them all three times. The previous two victories came by one run which included a 17-inning marathon game on Saturday.

Otterbein, 6-4, took an early two run lead by scoring one run in the top of each of the first two innings.
The Warhawks narrowed the gap to one after a run in the bottom of the third.
Mike Kenseth (Milwaukee/West Allis Hale) drove in
Derek Murphy (Verona/Verona) for the first UW-W run of the game.
Another run in the bottom of the sixth knotted the score at 2-2.
Kevin Zalnis (Woodstock, IL/Woodstock) knocked in
Sam Petrasko (Appleton/East) on a fielder's choice.
UW-W took the lead in the bottom of the seventh on a pinch-hit single by
Max Cordio (Whitewater/Whitewater) that drove in
Travis Wessels (Tomah/Tomah). The Warhawks added two insurance runs in the bottom of the eighth after back-to-back doubles by
Rob Coe (Appleton/North) and pinch-hitter
Casey Casper (Kettle Moraine/Kettle Moraine); Casper recorded the RBI. Casper later scored on an Otterbein error.
Jason Hooper (Lake Mills/Lake Mills) came on to pitch the top of the ninth for UW-W and wasted no time by sitting down all three Otterbein batters he faced.
The 'Hawks racked up fifteen total bases in the game which included three doubles; both game highs this season. Otterbein accounted for six errors in the game. In the three games these two teams have played this season Otterbein has committed fourteen errors compared to UW-W's six.
The Warhawks, now 6-3, will play on Thursday in Fort Meyers, Florida against the Minnesota Twins A team. The game will not count towards the Warhawks season record.
