The UW-Whitewater women's tennis team remained undefeated against Division III opponents after a 6-3 victory over Calvin College on Tuesday in Orlando, Florida. The Warhawks lone loss of the season was to the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee back in September. Calvin falls to 4-4 with the loss.
Annie Smith (Algonquin, IL/H.D. Jacobs) continued to pile up victories as she won her twenty-fourth match of the season, her seventh at number three singles. The number one doubles pair of
Kalla Schaefer (Madison/Madison Memorial) and
Amy Siemon (Crystal Lake, IL/Crystal Lake South) improved to 18-5 after their victory, and the number two doubles duo of
Ingrid Stensvaag (Palatine, IL/Palatine) and
Michelle Daciolas (Roselle, IL/Lake Park) crept closer to their twentieth victory of the season as they now sit at 19-3 for the year.
