The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, ranked third in Division III, upped its record to 6-1 against non-scholarship teams with a 187.625-175.925 over UW-Eau Claire on Senior Night and Breast Cancer Awareness Night in Williams Center in Whitewater, Wisconsin Friday.

Whitewater's total, 187.625, is the highest team score in school history. Along the way UW-W set team events records in the vault (47.85), and two events, uneven bars (45.775) and balance beam (47.075) were second best all-time.
Junior
Justine Weyer (Colgate/Germantown) led the individual assault on the UW-W record book. Weyer tied her school record in the vault with a score of 9.800. Warhawk sophomore
Allison Nelson (Naperville, IL/Neuqua Valley) tied for fourth in the Warhawk vault records with a score of 9.650. Senior
Danielle Crinzi (New Berlin/Eisenhower) placed third in the vault, which tied Crinzi for eighth in the Warhawk record book with a score of 9.575.
The Warhawks dominated the uneven bars event with UW-W gymnasts taking the top five spots. Weyer won the event with a score of 9.550, which is good for a tie of tenth in the record book for the Warhawks. Junior
Traci Jo Korte (New Boston, MI/Huron) placed second with a score of 9.250.
Weyer and senior
Ashley George (East Dubuque, IL/East Dubuque) tied for first place in the individual balance beam event with a score of 9.600, which is sixth in the all-time record book.
Freshman
Katrin Finch (Boise, ID/Boise) won the floor exercise with a score of 9.525.
Weyer took first place with the all-around with a total score of 38.300, which moves her into second place all-time.
The Warhawks will fly to Denton, Texas Friday to compete against the Texas' Women University Longhorns gymnastics team.
