The UW-Whitewater women's volleyball team is currently ranked sixth in the American Volleyball Coaches Association, moving two spots from last week's eighth place ranking. 

Last week the Warhawks hosted the UW-Whitewater Invitational III on October 23, beating St. Norbert College 3-0 and #2 UW-Oshkosh Titans  3-1 for Alumni Appreciation night .  Saturday October 24 Whitewater hosted Central College, beating them 3-0 and then beat Coe College with 3-0 as well. 

Wednesday, October 28,UW-W will be on the road to Elmhurst College for a 7:00 pm start at Berens Park in Elmhurst, IL. On Friday and Saturday the Warhawks will host the UW-Whitewater Invitational IV, starting October 30 at 3:00 pm in the Volleyball Arena in the Williams Center. The Warhawks will face Millikin University at 3:00 pm, Carthage College for the Student Athlete Night at 7:00 pm, then Saturday the 31st face Lakeland College at 10:00 am and Simpson College for the Spookey Spike Night/ Costume Contest at 2:00 pm.
