The Whitewater men's tennis team, ranked ninth in the NCAA III central region fell to the number five regionally ranked University of Chicago Saturday evening in Chicago, 6-3.

The Warhawks had wins in two of the three doubles matches, while the Maroons took five of six in singles matchups.
UW-W is 1-2 in dual meets, 1-1 against NCAA III opponents, while the University of Chicago improves to 1-2. The team will travel to Kalamazoo, Michigan on February 8 to take on Kalamazoo College at 2:30 p.m. The next home contest will be the Warhawk Invite February 13 at 6:00 p.m. against Wheaton College at the 4 Lakes Athletic Club in Elkhorn.
