UW-Whitewater remained unbeaten with a 185.175-177.80 win over Hamline University Sunday afternoon in Williams Center in Whitewater, Wisconsin. The Warhawks' score is third best in school history, and UW-W made a total of six entries in the top ten in the school record book.

UW-W won all four individual events and the all-around. Ashley George (East Dubuque, IL/East Dubuque) had the highest score on the uneven bars (9.55) and the balance beam (9.55). Her score on the bars is tenth best in school history. Justine Weyer (Colgate/Germantown) won the vault, and her score of 9.65 is fourth in the record book, and Danielle Crinzi (New Berlin/Eisenhower) won the floor exercise with a scoe of 9.675, which is tied for fourth best ever. Weyer also added the all-around title, totaling 37.325 points.
Whitewater also made new record book top ten entries in two team events. The vault team of Amanda Smith (Rapid City, SD/Stevens), Katrin Finch (Boise, ID/Boise), Allison Nelson (Naperville, IL/Neuqua Valley), Crinzi and Weyer totaled 47.0 points, the second highest mark in school history. And the team of Finch, George, Smith, Crinzi and Weyer accumulated 47.05 points, in the floor exercise, third best all-time.
UW-W, 5-0 this season, will compete at the University of Iowa Saturday, January 31. The next, and final, home meet for the 2009 season will be Friday, February 20 at 7:00 with UW-Eau Claire visiting Williams Center.
