The Warhawk Invite proved to be a success for the Warhawks, taking first place of eight teams on Saturday, September 6. All Whitewater players competed for first place in their respective bracket.

Champions for Whitewater were Kalla Schaefer (Madison/Madison Memorial) in #1 singles, Ingrid Stensvaag (Palatine, IL/Palatine) in singles #2, Amy Siemon (Crystal Lake, IL/Crystal Lake South) and Michelle Daciolas (Roselle, IL/Lake Park) in #1 doubles, Kara Amundson (Prairie du Sac/Sauk Prairie) and Brittany Gering (Greendale/Greendale) in #2 doubles, and lastly Kelly Rutkowski (Waunakee/Waunakee) and Kathleen Kappel (Madison/Madison East) in #3 doubles. Annie Smith (Algonquin, IL/H.D. Jacobs) of Whitewater was the runner-up in her singles #3 bracket. For the season, all but one Warhawk remain undefeated.
