The UW-Whitewater men's soccer team was defeated by Carroll University 2-0 on Tuesday in Waukesha. The Warhawks are now 4-3-1 while Carroll improves to 5-3.

Carroll forward Andy Prentice scored one goal in each half of the contest to lead the Pioneers to victory. The first goal came in the thirty-eighth minute of the match and the second just three minutes into the second half.

 

The Warhawks were able to get four shots on goal but Carroll goalie Stanislaw Miaskowski turned them all away. The Warhawks are now 6-3 all-time against Carroll.

 

UW-W will host Augsburg College on September 26. The game will be held at Fiskum Field on the campus of UW-Whitewater and will begin at 3:30 pm.
