UW-Whitewater's 2007-2008 season came to an end with a 5-1 loss to the University of Texas-Tyler in the second round of the National Collegiate Athletic Association Division III championship tournament in Saint Peter, Minnesota Saturday.

Moller, who provided UW-W's win Saturday, ended the year with an 18-6 record.
Whitewater, making a back-to-back appearance in the national tourney, finished the year with a 20-8 record, giving UW-W three straight twenty win seasons. The Warhawks were ranked thirtieth in the final Intercollegiate Tennis Association national pol. UW-W, which advanced to the sweet sixteen last year, recieved a first round bye in this year's field of forty-one teams.
Texas-Tyler, champion of the American Southwest Conference, is 19-6 and is ranked twenty-fifth in the national poll. Texas-Tyler will meet either host Gustavus Adolphus College, ranked sixth in the Division III poll, or Luther College (IA) in the regional final. Eight regional titlests will gather for the final rounds of the tournament at Bates College in Lewiston, Maine May 13-15.
A total of forty-one teams, divided into eight regions, are in the NCAA III field. The regional winners will advance to the final eight May 13-15 at Bates College in Lewiston, Maine.
