#8 Pointers Top #10 Warhawks

UW-Whitewater, ranked tenth in the National Wrestling Coaches Association Division III poll, fell to eighth ranked UW-Stevens Point 31-12 at Quandt Fieldhouse in Stevens Point Friday night.

Bautista, ranked fourth in the latest NWCA III individuals, improved his record to 24-7.   Nagel, now 25-14 and ranked seventh at 165, picked up a win over sixth ranked Jake Wozniak.  Bath is ranked second, Engelland fourth, and Bollig fourth by the NWCA for Division III.

UW-Whitewater is 9-9 in dual meets this season. 

UW-W will move on to Eau Claire to face the Blugolds Saturday night.  The next home match, and the final home match of the season, will be Friday, February 15 at 7:00 against UW-Platteville.
