When her Warhawks led just 31-30 at halftime, UW-Whitewater coach Keri Carollo's chances at career win No. 100 appeared iffy.
But a 30-0 scoring run to begin the second half made earning the win a bit easier.

The No. 7 Warhawks held host Cornell College scoreless for the first 8 minutes and 25 seconds of the second half en route to a 79-50 victory in a non-conference Division III women's basketball game Thursday evening at the Multi-Sport Center in Mount Vernon, Iowa.
Carollo joins Dianne Jones and Julia Yeater as the only three coaches in Whitewater women's basketball history to reach 100 wins.
The Warhawks (6-1) trailed by as many as five points (13-8 at the 13:14 mark) and led by no more than four points (27-23 at the 1:42 mark) in the first half.
Kelsey Hendrickson (Monroe/Monroe) had 12 of her game-high 20 points - all on three-pointers - during the 30-0 run.
Tiffany Morton (Beloit/Memorial) recorded her fourth double-double of the season, collecting 10 points and 12 rebounds.
Whitewater held the Rams (4-3) to only 27.4 percent (17-for-62) shooting from the field and made more free throws (23) than Cornell attempted (15).
Yeater, who coached from 1990-2001, collect 148 career wins at UW-W. Jones, who coached from 1975-77 and 1979-90, earned 229 career wins.
Tiffany Cowan led the Rams with 13 points. Kristin Paczosa and Charlotte Milas added nine apiece. Paczosa also recorded a game-high 18 rebounds.
