Mike Huffman (Palatine, IL/Palatine) and Kyle Boers (Madison/East) won two events each as the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater men's swim team defeated Lawrence University 146-79 Saturday in the Williams Center pool in Whitewater, Wisconsin.

Huffman took first place in the 200 freestyle (1:53.88) and the 200 backstroke (2:06.13). Boers won both diving events, totaling 250.28 on the one meter board, and then setting a team season high with his winning totla of 268.50 on the three meter.
Other UW-W first place points were provided by Alex Kultgen (Port Washington/Port Washington) in the 400 individual medley (4:41.,73), John Sedgwick (Janesville/Milton) in the 200 butterfly (2:06.61), Matt Wiswell (Monona/Monona Grove/McFarland) in the 100 freestyle (52.71), and Matt Mintz (Hinsdale, IL/Central) in the 500 freestyle.
Whitewater also won both relays, capturing the 200 medley in 1:45.86, and the 400 freestyle in 3:25.95.
UW-W is 5-1 in dual meets this season.
The Warhawks' next competition will be Friday-Saturday, January 18-19 at the Pointer Open in Stevens Point.
