Box Score

The Warhawk men's soccer team traveled to DePere, Wisconsin on Sunday and defeated St. Norbert College 1-0.  The Warhawks defeated Ripon by that same score on Saturday.  The win marks the ninth in a row for the Warhawks who are now 10-1 overall.

Matt Gehn (Oregon/Oregon) (sophomore, Oregon) scored on an assist by Dan Montanye (Mukwonago/Mukwonago) (freshman, Mukwonago) with less than five minutes remaining in the match to seal the victory for the Warhawks.  The goal is Gehn's third of the year.

St. Norbert outshot the Warhawks 8-7, but another solid performance by goalkeeper EJ Sesselmann (Green Bay/Notre Dame) (senior, Green Bay/Notre Dame) allowed the Warhawks to hang on for victory.  Sesselmann recorded seven saves and his eighth shutout of the season.

The men travel to Chicago, Illinois on Wednesday, October 3 to take on the University of Chicago (5-4) at 3 pm.  The Warhawks next home game is on October 11 at 3 pm when the host Aurora University at Fiskum Field.
