The UW-Whitewater women's swimming and diving team opened their season with a 135-63 victory over Carroll College on Friday at the Williams Center pool.  Whitewater won all but one event, the 500 yard freestyle, in the match.

Kaylyn Howley (Sheboygan/Sheboygan South) (freshman, Sheboygan) was a double winner for the Warhawks.  The Warhawks dual meet record is now 1-0.  The top finisher in each event and for UW-Whitewater is listed below.

The Warhawks will be back in the pool on Saturday when the travel to Appleton, Wisconsin to participate in the Sprint Invite hosted by Lawrence University.  The Warhawks next home meet is on November 30 when they host the Marquette Swim Club at 6:00 pm.
