Theron Baumann (Monona Grove, Wis./Monona Grove), Junior
Baumann broke his own school record and moved to No. 2 in the nation in the shot put with a mark of 58-06.50 (17.84 meters) at the Wisconsin SHELL Shocker in Madison. He placed third out of 15 competitors and bested five Division I throwers while shattering his previous record of 58-03.00 (17.75 meters). Baumann is a four-time All-American in the shot put, including the 2016 indoor national champion, and five-time All-American overall.
