Gray averaged 22.5 points on 50 percent shooting from the floor and added 5.5 rebounds per contest to help the Warhawks post a pair of WIAC road wins against regionally ranked opponents. On Saturday at UW-Stout, he tied his career high with 36 points and added 10 rebounds, one assist, one block and a career-best six steals in UW-Whitewater’s 81-67 victory. Gray’s performance included 11-of-18 shooting from the floor, 13-of-14 shooting from the free-throw line and 22 points in the first half. Three days earlier, Gray finished with nine points, two assists, one rebound and one block in the Warhawks’ 78-75 triumph at No. 5 UW-Platteville.
