Rory Calabria (Maple Grove, Minn./Maple Grove), Sophomore and Zach Wood (Downers Grove, Ill./Downers Grove), Freshman
Calabria and Wood teamed up to finish with a 3-0 record at No. 2 doubles and help the Warhawks to a 3-0 record in dual matches over the weekend. The duo bested Jack Hibbard and Jakraraj Rungaseng of Ohio Wesleyan to help UW-Whitewater to an 8-1 victory, then earned an 8-4 triumph over Dane Paulsen and Jeremiah Yi of Wheaton (Ill.) to contribute to the Warhawks' 5-4 win. Calabria and Wood combined for an 8-2 victory over Cole Miller and Sam Stickels to help UW-Whitewater to an 8-1 triumph over Grinnell (Iowa) on Saturday. For the season, Calabria and Wood are 5-0 playing together. Wood is tied for the team lead in wins with a 10-3 doubles record, and Calabria is 7-3.
