Ryan Wisniewski (Sparta, Wis./Sparta), Sophomore, Wide Receiver
Wisniewski posted career highs in receptions (5), yards (147) and touchdowns (3) on Saturday to help the No. 6 Warhawks record a 45-0 victory at UW-Eau Claire. On the third play of UW-Whitewater's first drive, he caught a 51-yard touchdown from Cole Wilber (Mission Viejo, Calif./Dana Hills) to give the team a 7-0 advantage with 12:39 left in the first quarter. Early in the third quarter, he caught two passes on a drive to help set up a Warhawk touchdown. Midway through the same period, Wisniewski hauled in a 34-yard touchdown pass to give UW-Whitewater a 31-0 lead, and on the third play of the fourth quarter, he caught his third touchdown, a 50-yarder, to make it a 38-point game. His three touchdown receptions were the most by a receiver since Nov. 29, 2014, when Justin Howard caught three against Wabash.
