Kaska didn't allow a run in two starts last week to help the third-ranked Warhawks to a 6-0 record against two WIAC opponents. In the team's first game at Illinois Tech on Thursday, Kaska tossed five shutout innings, allowing only one hit and one walk while striking out six to lead UW-Whitewater to a 14-4 victory. He returned to the mound Sunday to pitch eight scoreless frames, allowing three hits and two walks while collecting six strikeouts in the Warhawks' 6-0 win in Game 1 of a doubleheader against UW-Stout.
