The following University of Wisconsin-Whitewater athletes have been recognized by the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference as Kwik Trip Athletes of the Week for their performances during the week of March 31st - April 6th

Men's Tennis Doubles

Will Ulrich – Senior – Lincoln, Neb./Pius X & Drew Van Fossen – Senior – Germantown, Wis./Germantown

Will Ulrich and Drew Van Fossen picked up both of their doubles flights in the Warhawks two duals this week. Against Gustavus Adolphus, the pair were the only doubles win for the Warhawks, with a 7-5 victory. Ulrich and Van Fossen then clinched the doubles point on Sunday against Coe, winning their second flight 6-4.

Women's Track

4x100 Relay – Danielle Pouska – Junior – Algonquin, Ill./Jacobs; Dakota Mitchell – Freshman – Sun Prairie, Wis./West; Kelly Huerta – Freshman – McHenry, Ill./McHenry; Cici Stennett – Freshman – Barrington, Ill.

The UW-Whitewater women’s 4x100 relay team set the program record at the Rex Foster Twilight last week. Danielle Pouska, Dakota Mitchell, Kelly Huerta and Cici Stennett combined for a clocking of 46.46 – ranked third in Division III and the fastest in the WIAC this season.

Women's Field 

Gracie Holland – Senior – Pole Vault – Marshfield, Wis./Marshfield

Gracie Holland broke the UW-Whitewater record in the pole vault at the annual Rex Foster Twilight on Friday. The senior broke her own record with a height of 4.03 meters (13-2.5) – ranked second on the Division III outdoor performance list this season.
