The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater men's tennis team swept two on Saturday, opening their conference games against UW-Eau Claire and UW-Stevens Point. 

The Warhawks opened up the day with a 7-0 win against UW-Eau Claire. Three quick double sets gave the Warhawks the first point of the match, followed by all six single sets. Five of the six were won in straight sets, with Tyler Nelson (Waunakee, Wis./Waunakee) taking his match in three. Nelson dropped the first set 6-3, but bounced back quickly into a 6-1 second set. 

The Warhawks carried the momentum in the second half of the day, taking down UW-Stevens Point 7-0. The Warhawks worked through the Pointers, taking all matches in straight sets. 

In the dual against UW-Eau Claire, the Warhawks also played five exhibition single matches & three more doubles flights. UWW took all of the matches, keeping perfect on the day.
